LYALL CLIFF Self-Catering - TARIFFS & INFORMATION:
Both units are fully equipped with bedlinen and towels, cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils. For Lyall Cliff Cottage there is an extra charge for gas (by meter reads), while for Firthview House the tariffs are fully inclusive.
Short Breaks (2-4 nights) are usually available, except during July & August.
Although the usual changeover day for Firthview House is Saturday and for Lyall Cliff Cottage Wednesday, we offer a flexible booking system, whereby the dates for your stay can be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. A Short Break (2-4 nights) is the minimum stay, except in July or August when it is a week. However we can usually tailor the starting and finishing dates to suit your requirements and extra days are calculated at 1/7th of the weekly rate.
Check-in/out times:
Earliest Check-in time
on arrival day - 4.30 p.m.
Latest Check-out time
on departure morning - 9.30 a.m.
Note: We regret we cannot accept children
under 4, or pets.
Please note that smoking is not permitted
on the premises.
PAYMENT: 30% of the total due is required at the time of booking; the balance is required not less than 5 weeks prior to the arrival date. If booking at notice of less than 5 weeks, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Deposits paid are non-refundable. Holiday/Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended, and assistance with this can be offered on request at the time of booking.
We offer DISCOUNTS of 5% on stays
of 2 weeks or longer from April till September.
SPECIAL OFFERS are available at
certain times.
